Kottukapally Villa stands in the valley of a small mountain in the village called Kappumthala. The village, being situated at a distance of 50 Km. from the International Airport Cochin, is enriched with the great natural beauty. The house is built at the middle of a well-cultivated farm of  Rubber, pineapple, different spices and other traditional crops
